Parcells and Belichick won two Super Bowls together.[5] In 1991, Belichick left the Giants. He became the head coach of the Cleveland Browns. He coached the Browns for five seasons. He was fired from the Browns in 1995.[6] He joined the New York Jets, but left the team after one day. He became the head coach of the New England Patriots on January 27, 2000.[7]
