Bill Taylor (naval officer)

Commodore William Leonard Taylor (born 14 September 1938) was an Australian naval officer and politician. He was born in Toowoomba, Queensland. He was the Administrator of the Australian Indian Ocean Territories from 1999 through 2003. He was a member of the Australian Parliament for Groom between April 1988 through August 1998.
