Brecqhou
Brecqhou is one of the Channel Islands. It is part of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. It is just west of Sark and has a surface area of about 200 acres (0.81 km2; 0.31 sq mi).
It is outside of the United Kingdom and not part of the European union. Brecqhou has a castle that belongs to the Barclay brothers, owners of London's The Daily Telegraph. The castle is sometimes used for meetings and filing of papers outside of the United Kingdom.[1]
