Brown sugar

Brown sugars

Brown sugar is a type of table sugar. It is made by mixing white sugar with molasses, a sugar byproduct.[1] Brown sugar can either be light or dark depending on how much molasses is in it. Brown sugar can harden after a while out of the package.
