Center for Civil Liberties (human rights organization)

The Center for Civil Liberties (Lua error in Module:Unicode_data at line 293: attempt to index local 'data_module' (a boolean value).) is a Ukrainian human rights organization led by the Ukrainian lawyer Oleksandra Matviichuk.^[1] It was founded in 2007.^[2] It was created to pressure Ukraine's government to make the country more democratic.^[3] The organization was awarded the 2022 Nobel Peace Prize, with Ales Bialiatski and Russian organization Memorial.^[2]
