Cindy Winckler
Cindy Winckler (born in Des Moines, Iowa on May 27, 1950) is an American Democratic politician with the Iowa Senate. She represented Iowa's 49th district from 2023 on. She was a member of the Iowa House of Representatives from 2001 to 2023 in Iowa's 90th district.[1]
Winckler received her master's degree from the University of Northern Iowa.
Winckler and her family moved to Davenport, Iowa when Cindy was young. She has lived there since then.
