Cindy Winckler
Cindy Winckler (born in Des Moines, Iowa, May 27, 1950) is an American Democratic politician with the Iowa Senate in the 49th District from 2023 and onward. She worked under the Iowa House of Representatives from 2001 to 2023 in Iowa's 90th District.[1]
Under the University of Northern Iowa, Winckler received her Master's Degree.
Winckler and her family were moved to Davenport from when Cindy was a young age. Cindy has lived in Davenport from then on.
