Cook Out is a privately owned American fast-food restaurant chain. It operates in North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia, Maryland, and Mississippi. It was founded in Greensboro, North Carolina[1] in 1989.
