Corn starch
Corn starch (or cornflour, sometimes also called maizena) is the starch taken from corn grain. It is used in many ways, mainly in the making of corn syrup, other sugars,[1] snack foods, sweets and beer.[2] Like starch from other sources, it is also used for starching laundry and for industrial uses.[3]
