Dale Derby

Dale Derby (September 25, 1948 – August 24, 2021) was an American Republican politician. He was a member of the Oklahoma House of Representatives from the 74th district from 2016 to 2018.[1][2] He was also a physician.[3]

Derby died on August 24, 2021 when he drowned after his boat crashed at Oologah Lake, in Claremore, Oklahoma at age 72.[3]
