Daniel Jacoby

Daniel Jacoby (August 14, 1933 – April 2, 2020) was a French lawyer and writer. He worked in intellectual property law and human rights. In 1970, he became a member of the International Federation for Human Rights (F.I.D.H.) and was the first cousin of Justice Robert Badinter.[1] He became president between 1986 and 1995 and then became honorary president. He was knighted and as an officer of the French Legion of Honor.
