Darryl Owens
Darryl T. Owens (November 10, 1937 – January 4, 2022) was an American politician and lawyer. He was a Democratic Party member of the Kentucky House of Representatives from 2005 to 2019. Owens retired from the House in 2018.[1]
Owens died on January 4, 2022, at the age of 84.[2]
