David Choquehuanca
David Choquehuanca Céspedes (born May 7, 1961) is a Bolivian politician. In November 2020, he became the Vice President of Bolivia. He was the Foreign Minister from 23 January 2006[1] to 23 January 2017.

En el contexto de la Primera Reunión del Mecanismo de Consulta y Coordinación 2+2 realizada en Lima, el Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores, José A. García Belaunde, condecoró con la Orden El Sol del Perú en el Grado de Gran Cruz a su homólogo boliviano, David Choquehuanca, en reconocimiento a su aporte al fortalecimiento de las relaciones bilaterales
