Degrassi: The Next Generation
Degrassi: The Next Generation is a Canadian teen drama created by Yan Moore and Linda Schuyler. It was shown on CTV, MuchMusic and MTV Canada. The series has had fourteen seasons and had made 385 episodes.

The TV series spawned two movies: Degrassi Goes Hollywood in 2009 and Degrassi Takes Manhattan in 2010.
TV.com rated the series a 8.8.[1]
In June 2014, it was announced that Degrassi would end.[2] The last episode will air on July 31, 2015.[3][4] Degrassi will be replaced by Degrassi: Next Class. The show will air on Netflix instead of TeenNick.[5][6]
Canadian rapper Drake, under his real name Aubrey Graham, played the role of Jimmy Brooks, a basketball player who was paralyzed and used a wheelchair.
