Derek Fowlds
Derek Fowlds (2 September 1937 – 17 January 2020) was an English actor. He is best known for playing Bernard Woolley in popular British television comedies Yes Minister and Yes Prime Minister, and Oscar Blaketon in the long-running ITV police drama Heartbeat.[1]

Fowlds died at the hospital in Bath, Somerset on 17 January 2020 at age 82, from heart failure and sepsis caused by pneumonia.[2][3][4]
