Design Museum Holon

Design Museum Holon is the first museum of design in Israel. It was opened in 2010. The museum is in Holon.

It is located in the eastern part of the new cultural area of the city of Holon (very close to Tel Aviv). This area also includes a Mediatheque (with a central library, theater, and cinematheque).[1] Nearby is also the design faculty of the Holon Institute of Technology.

The museum opened to the public on March 3, 2010. It was the first building designed by Ron Arad.

The travel magazine Conde Nast Traveler named it one of the new wonders of the world.
