Dick Smith (third baseman)
Richard Harrison Smith (July 21, 1926 – January 25, 2021) was an American professional baseball player. He appeared in 70 games over parts of five Major League Baseball seasons (1951–1955) as a member of the Pittsburgh Pirates. Smith was born in Blandburg, Pennsylvania.
Smith died on January 25, 2021 in Boalsburg, Pennsylvania at the age of 94.[1]
