Dirt (album)
Dirt is the second studio album by American rock band, Alice in Chains. Dirt was released on September 29, 1992. The album featured the singles "Would?", "Them Bones", "Angry Chair", "Rooster", and "Down in a Hole".

Dirt is currently the band's highest selling album to date and has gone on to sell 5 million copies worldwide. The album was certified four-times platinum by the RIAA.[1]
Dirt was the final album to feature Mike Starr on bass before he was kicked out of the band and replaced by former Ozzy Osbourne bassist Mike Inez.[2]
The album was also included in the 2005 book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die and was ranked #1 on Guitar World magazine's top ten list of guitar albums of 1992[3][4]
