Donald Fowler
Donald L. Fowler (September 12, 1935 – December 15, 2020) was an American political scientist. He was National Chair of the Democratic National Committee from 1995 to 1997. He was born in Spartanburg, South Carolina. From 1971 to 1980, he was Chair of the South Carolina Democratic Party.
Fowler died on December 15, 2020 from leukemia in Columbia, South Carolina at the age of 85.[1]
