Ermenonville Forest

Monument to the victims of the 3 March 1974 crash of Turkish Airlines Flight 981

The Ermenonville Forest (French: Forêt d'Ermenonville) is a forest in Oise, France. On 3 March 1974, a Turkish Airlines flight crashed in the forest and in the commune of Fontaine-Chaalis. There is a memorial in the forest to the victims of that flight.
