עברית: חלקת צבעוני רחב עלים (Tulipa gesneriana) בפריחה בגן הבוטני בירושלים. צבעוני רחב עלים הוא צמח נוי תרבותי ממשפחת השושניים. זהו גאופיט בעל בצל שמקורו באסיה. בזכות צבעיהם היפים טופחו זנים רבים של צבעוני, והם נפוצים ברחבי העולם הן בגינון והן למטרות קטיף. במיוחד מפורסמים שדות הצבעונים רחבי הידיים בהולנד. בישראל שותלים את הצבעוני בחורף, הוא גדל לגובה כ-50 ס"מ ופורח באביב במגוון צבעים. |
