Summary
| Description |
English: 2000 Mercedes-Benz 0814D Vario chassis with a Plaxton Cheetah bus body and a Mercedes Benz 4.25 litre diesel engine of Mike’s Travel, Reg.X904ADF, Fleet No.30 ‘Geoff’, at the Bristol Bus Show, Brislington, 28 July 2024. She was delivered new to Willetts of Pillowell (the Forest of Dean), the last vehicle bought by them. It was sold to Mike’s Travel, Thornbury in 2011 and is still in service.
The Mercedes-Benz Vario was a range of goods vehicle and bus chassis produced in 1996-2013. The Plaxton Cheetah was a range of step-entrance minibus and midibus bodies manufactured by Plaxton especially for the Vario chassis in 1997-2014. |
