| Description |
English: New container chassis with tridem axles and a trailer hitch would need to be made, along with tridem axle dollies. Older 40 foot container chassis could still be used for the second trailer on the combination trailer. The two tridem axles in the middle spread the weight out over a longer distance, over more axles, to fit the Federal Bridge Weight Formula. 148,000 lbs carrying capacity. |
