STATUE of Officer's sport club A.S.23 - SOFIA
I. Name, foundation, headquarters and period
Article 1. The club's name is "Officer's sport club A.S.23 - Sofia". The club has been founded on November 4-th 1923 in Sofia through unification of the Officer's sport club -Sofia /founded in 1919/, the sport club Slava -Sofia and the sport culb Atletik-Sofia /founded in 1913/ The officer's sport club A.S.23 is member of the Bulgarian national sport federation from Sofia sport county.
Article 2. The club's headquarters are in Sofia.
Article 3. The club's period of existence is unlimited. The club fallout of existence when in three months period the members of the club are less than the minimum determinated in this statue for formation of a board of managers. In this case, the club's property become in possession of Sofia sport county until the club's restoration.
