Description

Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia, 1 koruna , ND (1939). The actual note, a Republic of Czechoslovakia 1 koruna note (dated 1938), was printed but never issued. The series was intended for the Czech army. During the German occupation of Czechoslovakia, the unissued 1938 notes were circulated from February till May 1940, with an oval stamp on the face identifying the currency as issued by the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia.

Bahasa Indonesia: Protektorat Bohemia dan Moravia, 1 koruna, ND (1939). Uang kertas yang sebenarnya, yang merupakan sebuah uang kertas 1 Koruna dari Republik Cekoslovakia (emisi 1938), pernah dicetak namun tidak pernah diedarkan secara umum. Emisi ini dimaksudkan bagi pasukan Cekoslovakia. Uang-uang tersebut beredar selama pendudukan Jerman di Cekoslovakia dari bulan Februari hingga Mei 1940 dengan stempel oval di bagian depan yang menandakan bahwa mata uang tersebut dikeluarkan oleh pemerintah Protektorat Bohemia dan Moravia.
Čeština: Státovka nominální hodnoty 1 protektorátní koruna s přetiskem českého a německého textu Protektorát Čechy a Morava, původně vytištěná a nevydaná jako koruna československá (1938). Platná byla od února do května 1940 i přes absenci vyhlášky ve sbírce zákonů. Autory grafického návrhu se stali Bohumil Heinz a Bedřich Fojtášek.

This work depicts a denomination issued by the Czech National Bank, which is not subject to copyright protection as it is an official work and there is public interest in its exclusion from copyright protection. This does not necessarily apply on such coins which are not official works (privately issued commemorative coins etc.).

The Act No. 136/2011 Coll. and the decree of the Czech National Bank No. 274/2011 Coll.(engl. version) define the terms and conditions under which it is possible to reproduce money:

For intangible reproductions of banknotes, it is required that their resolution does not exceed 72 dots per inch and they are marked with the word “Specimen” printed diagonally in an opaque colour and in a layer that cannot be separated from the image of the banknote, with the length of the word being at least 75% of the longer side of the banknote and the height being at least 15% of the shorter side of the banknote (or with another word of the same dimensions and similar meaning). Intangible or nonmetallic images of coins may always be produced.
