Está formada por las tres franjas tricolores heredadas de la Bandera del Imperio Mexicano que representan la Independencia (Verde), la Religión (Blanco) y la Unión (Rojo). En el Centro se encuentra el Escudo Nacional Mexicano. English: Historical Flag of Mexico used in the Republic periods. The colors are the same of the Imperial Flag and represents: green, the independence; white, the Catholic religion; and red, the union between the mexicans of all races. |
