English: Bosch installs in the MaxoMixx hand blenders the plastic latch (indicated by the matchhead) that easily breaks as a result of material fatigue. After breaking Bosch service refuses to sell this element as a spare part and urges users to buy a new complete device, which unreasonably increases the user's cost.
