'"Escudo Sanítico: De sinople, em facho de ouro, aceso de goles, pôsto em Banda, brocante sôbre uma faixa em divisa de prata, ondada e aguada de três peças de blau; a faixa em divisa acompanhada, em chefe, de uma roda dentada de ouro, e, em ponta, de uma retorta de prata, voltada; sôbreotodo, um escudete português clássico, com as armas de Campinas, que são: de blau, uma fênix de ouro renascente de sua imortalidade. Coroa Mural: De prata, de oito tôrres ameadas e sua porta cada uma. Suportes: À dextra e à sinistra, uma haste de cana e um ramo de algodão florido, tudo de sua côr, passados em asparo na ponta. Divisa: "Paulínia - Chamas do Progresso", de prata em listel de sinople, brocante sôbre as extremidades dos suportes."
