Français : En 2014, les trois anciennes communes de Diesse, Lamboing et Prêles ont fusionné sous le nouveau nom de Plateau de Diesse. Le nom Plateau de Diesse désignait à l’origine le plateau situé au-dessus du lac de Bienne et sert désormais également de nom à la commune fusionnée. Les couleurs du blason – rouge, bleu et jaune – proviennent des anciennes communes et ont été reprises pour les nouvelles armoiries . La gerbe de blé symbolise l’importance de l’agriculture, tandis que le mont à trois coupeaux représente le Chasseral.
Deutsch: Im Jahr 2014 fusionierten die drei ehemaligen Gemeinden Diesse, Lamboing und Prêles unter dem neuen Namen Plateau de Diesse. Der Name Plateau de Diesse (Tessenberg) steht ursprünglich für die Hochebene über dem Bielersee und und dient nun auch als Namen der fusionierten Gemeinde. Die Schildfarben Rot, Blau und Gelb der drei ehemaligen Gemeinden sind für das neue Wappen übernommen worden. Die Korngarbe verweist auf die Bedeutung der Landwirtschaft und der Dreiberg steht für den Chasseral. |
