Українська: Герб Луганська російського періоду. В золотому полі зображено чорну з золотими швами домну з червоним полум'ям, супроводжувану зліва і справа чорними молотками. У вільній частині - герб Катеринославської губернії. Щит увінчаний срібною міською короною з трьома вежками. За щитом дві навхрест покладені сталевого кольору кирки, з'єднані Олександрівською стрічкою.
