Deutsch: Das Wappen zeigt vorne in Rot den silbernen Zickzackbalken der in der Oberpfalz reich begüterten Herren von Murach, die vom 13. bis zum 19. Jahrhundert als Herrschaftsträger in Niedermurach belegt sind. Das hintere Feld mit der fünffachen Spaltung von Silber und Blau erinnert an die seit 1290 nachweisbaren Herren von Pertolzhofen, die bis 1714 die Hofmark Pertolzhofen innehatten. Die ehemalige Gemeinde Pertolzhofen führte bereits seit 1958 das Familienwappen der Pertolzhofer als Gemeindewappen; nach der Eingemeindung in die Gemeinde Niedermurach zum 1. Juli 1972 lag es nahe, das Wappen auch im neuen Gemeindewappen zur Geltung zu bringen. |
