Deutsch: Das Wappen stellt durch die Verbindung von zwei Adelswappen einen Bezug zur Geschichte der Gemeinde im Mittelalter her. Das Einhorn ist in geminderter Form aus dem Familienwappen der seit dem 12. Jahrhundert nachweisbaren Herren von Nußdorf übernommen, die ihren Stammsitz in Nußdorf hatten und sich nach dem Ort nannten. Sie waren bis in das 17. Jahrhundert in Altbayern reich begütert (1638 ausgestorben). Die schräg gestellte Zange ist das heraldische Zeichen der Edlen von Amerang, die vom 14. Jahrhundert bis zum Tod des letzten Amerangers 1528 die Hofmark Sondermoning mit dem Schloss Neuenamerang innehatten. |
