Deutsch: Mit Erlaubnis des gräflichen Hauses Schenk von Castell, das Oberdischingen 1661 erworben und in der Folge zum Mittelpunkt seiner ausgedehnten Besitzungen gemacht hat, übernahm die Gemeinde das im ersten und vierten silbernen Feld im Herzschild des gräflichen Wappens erscheinende rote Hirschgeweih in ihr Wappen. Dieses erinnert besonders an den Grafen Franz Ludwig, genannt Malefizschenk (1736-1821), der als Bauherr in Oberdischingen besonders hervorgetreten ist. Das Innenministerium Württemberg-Hohenzollern hat das Wappen am 12. Oktober 1948 verliehen. |
