Deutsch: Der hier in geminderter Form dargestellte schwarze Löwe stammt aus der Heraldik des Erzstifts Salzburg und erinnert an die schon seit dem ausgehenden 8. Jahrhundert nachweisbare enge Verbindung Baldilingas zum Hochstift Salzburg. Die Gemeinde unterstand bis zu Beginn des 19. Jahrhunderts der Landesherrschaft des Fürsterzbischofs von Salzburg; Salzburger Kirchen und Klöster waren die wichtigsten Grundherren in der Gemeindeflur. Die zwei Ähren versinnbildlichen die vorherrschende landwirtschaftliche Struktur des Gemeindegebiets. |
