Deutsch: Der bis 1930 verwendete Gemeindestempel enthält ein dem Stil nach in das erste Viertel des 19. Jahrhunderts zurückgehendes Wappen mit einer gestürzten Pflugschar. Vielleicht gab das häufige Vorkommen dieses bäuerlichen Symbols in Ortswappen den Anlass zu einem Wechsel der Wappenfigur. Jedenfalls bezeichnete die 1896 angefangene Ortschronik bereits das Herz als solche. Seine Bedeutung ist unklar. Als Symbol der Liebe und Treue wurde das Herz in der Gemeinde sowohl mit der Glaubenstreue einer zugewanderten Hugenottenfamilie als auch mit der Liebe zu Württemberg, dessen Hirschstange seit 1935 im Schildhaupt erscheint, in Verbindung gebracht. Die Verleihung des Wappens erfolgte am 11. November 1935 durch den Reichsstatthalter, während die der Flagge am 16. August 1973 vom Innenministerium vorgenommen wurde. |
