Object history
Deutsch: Der Rabe auf grünem Dreiberg erinnert an die Ravensburger Bürger Möttelin, genannt von Rappenstein, die 1417 die Herrschaft in Woringen erwarben. Sie führten in ihrem Wappen einen schwarzen Raben auf grünem Dreiberg. Die Burg und das Dorf kamen 1516 an die Reichsstadt Memmingen und 1547 weiter an das Unterhospital in Memmingen, wo sie bis zur Säkularisation 1803 blieben. Daran erinnert das silberne Doppelkreuz aus dem Wappen des Hospitals.
