English: The Flag of the Italian Social Republic, as described in the LEGISLATIVE DECREE OF THE DUCE January 28, 1944-XXII - n. 141, published in Gazetta Ufficiale d'Italia on 6th May 1944:

Art. 1

The flag of the Italian Social Republic is formed by a rectangular-shaped drape interspersed in a pole of green, white and red, with green at the pole surmounted by the beam Republican fascio. The banner must be two-thirds of its width and the three colors must be distributed in the above mentioned order and in equal parts.
