Summary
DescriptionFour Giant Otters.JPG
English: Four giant otters (Pteronura brasiliensis) emerge from the water on a riverbank in Cantão State Park, in the Araguaia wetlands of central Brazil. This picture was taken by researchers from the Instituto Araguaia, which has been studying this particular group of otters in Cantão since 2010. These four otters are part of a larger group, and emerged from the water at this spot in order to scent mark on the riverbank.
