Pelimpahan ke Pengadilan ini terkait terhadap 2 tindak pidana yang dilakukan oleh Gayus Tambunan, yaitu dalam perkara perkara Pajak yang melibatkan 2 orang atasan Gayus di Ditjen Pajak (Maruli Pandapotan Manurung dan Humala Sl Napitupulu) yaitu melakukan penelitian materi keberatan dan berwenang untuk mengurangi, menghapus, menambah sangsi terkait permohonan keberatan wajib pajak, dan berkas kedua perkara terkait Tindak pidana Korupsi berupa memberikan sesuatu kepada pegawai negeri atau penyelenggara negara (Penyidik Mabes Polri) yang berhubungan dengan sesuatu yang bertentangan dengan kewajiban dalama jabatannya.
English: Tuesday 31/8/2010 Gayus Tambunan Case File submitted to the Court. Delegation to the Court is related to 2 criminal acts committed by Gaius Tambunan, namely in a Tax case involving two Gayus superiors at the Directorate General of Taxes (Maruli Pandapotan Manurung and Humala Sl Napitupulu), which is conducting research on objection material and has the authority to reduce, delete, add sanctions related to the taxpayer's objection request, and the second case file related to Corruption in the form of giving something to civil servants or state administrators (Police Headquarters Investigator) related to something that is contrary to the obligations in his position.
