This is the Great Mandala (大曼荼羅) of Nichiren Buddhism, a calligraphic mandala centered on the invocation Namu Myōhō Renge Kyō (南無妙法蓮華経), also known as the Daimoku.
The Four Heavenly Kings surround the central Daimoku:
