Description
English: Separation between Jupiter and Saturn in the great conjunctions between AD 1206 and AD 2398 (blue). The red curve is where Δ is the separation and 75.07 arc minutes is the inclination of the orbit of Saturn to that of Jupiter. This is an approximation of the cumulative distribution of separations as viewed from the sun.
