English: Manuscript: The cavallarie, or knowledge belonging to a captaine of horse, 1626, by Gervase Markham (1568?-1637). Written in at least two unidentified hands in a mixed script. Attributed to Markham because of the "G. M." on the title page and the similarity to his The souldiers grammar (1626).
