Description
English: Illustration of the layers of flex & flock foils (used in textile printing): carrier foil, colour coat & covering layer (including hot melt). In the middle of the picture you see the blade of a drag-nife cutting plotter, which cuts contours into the colour coat and the covering layer while the carrier foil remains undamaged.
Deutsch: Illustration der Schichten von Flex- und Flockfolien (die im Textildruck Anwendung finden): Trägerfolie, Farbschicht & Deckschicht (mit Schmelzklebstoff). In der Mitte des Bildes ist die Klinge eines Schleppmesser-Schneideplotters zu sehen, mit der Konturen in die Farb- und Deckschicht geschnitten werden, während die Trägerfolie unbeschädigt bleibt.
