English: Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso (in pink polo shirt), Vice Mayor, Dr. Honey Lacuna-Pangan (left) and other local officials lead the groundbreaking ceremony of the 15-story Binondominium 1, in Binondo, Manila on Thursday (July 23, 2020). The building will comprise 126 units, each with a size of 40 square meters and two bedrooms, as part of the city's Vertical Housing Project.
