Description
This painting by Alanen is described by Tampere Art Museum as clearly influenced by Vincent van Gogh. Alanen painted a moonshiner in the forests of Kuru. The moonshiner was caught, after which he remarked to the local sheriff that now "he's got painted too" ("Mää oon maalattukin").

Notes The Facebook post of the museum had seemingly incorrect information, stating that the painting's not dated. The painting has "-16" written on it, and on the Instagram page of the museum they correctly state it to be from 1916. They also give a different name: Pontikankeittäjä rather than Pontikankeitto. Pontikankeittäjä means Moonshiner. I was also able to find a magazine covering the artist to also give the name as Pontikankeittäjä.
