The Tango icons in the theme were created by the Tango Desktop Project and released under the GPL: http://tango.freedesktop.org/Tango_Desktop_Project archive copy at the Wayback Machine

I personally release my composition of the screenshot under the GPL. There is a macro demonstrated in the screenshot. I believe the source code for this macro is too simple to fall under copyright, but it is also available under the GPL if applicable: NewMacro{alert("Hello World");}
