English: Ship crew of the Kanrin Maru, members of the Japanese Embassy to the United States. They're in San Francisco in 1860. From the right in the front row, Fukuzawa Yukichi, Hida Hamagorō, Koemon Hamaguchi, and from the right in the back row, Okada Seizō, Gohachiro Konagai, and Kinjiro Nezu.
