Image created by me from a graph produced in MS Excel, using data from w:List of Manitoba general elections. Tompw

  • Numbers on graph indicates number of seats won; no number indicates one seat won.
  • Results for Progressive Conservatives are given in the Conservative results, as is the Independent Conservative candidate elected in 1903.
  • Results for the CCF (1936 to 1959), ILP (1922 to 1936), Labour (1920), Socialist (1920) and * Social Democrats (1915 and 1920) have all been included in the NDP results.
  • Results for the Liberal-Progressive party have been placed in the Liberal results
  • Results for the Progressive party (1927) have been placed in the United Farmers results.
  • Results included as "Other":
    • 1945, 1949, 1953: Labour-Progressive
    • 1941: Anti-coalition Conservative
    • 1936: Communist
    • 1922: Independent Labourers
    • 1899: Independent Conservative (2), Liberal-Conservative (3)
