Description
English: Interior of a Bromsgrove Nailmaker's shed, 1896, occupied by the tenant and two stallers, the latter working each on his own account, and paying 6d. a week apiece and one-third of the firing. The oliver, or heavy hammer used for heading the nails, is attached to the bench in front of the little anvil.
