Description This animation shows the path of the 6 Neptune Trojans in a rotating frame with a period equal to Neptune's orbital period. (Neptune is held stationary.) It shows the trojans librating in a 1:1 resonance to Neptune. Neptune is the white (stationary) dot at 5 o'clock. Uranus is blue, Saturn yellow, and Jupiter red. Each frame covers 164.8 years (a single Neptune orbital period) . Simulation was run for 14500 years (88 frames).
