הוא מורכב משש קשתות פלדה אדומות, מחוברות בהלחמה ובברגים. הקשתות מהוות הד צורני להרים סביב ובאות להזכיר לצופה את נוף הרי ירושלים - תוך שהצופה מסוגל לראות את ההרים מבעד לקשתות. צבע הפסל נועד להוות ניגוד לנוף ההרים הירוק שסביבו.
